Sangken Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, interact with our products and services (including the Shop and service booking), and how we use, share, protect and retain that information. A. Contact & identity data

Order details (products purchased, invoices), service history (repairs, splicer serial numbers), AMC details, quotations, payment confirmation (we do not store full card numbers — see Payments).

IP address, device type, browser type, pages visited, referring pages, search terms and other diagnostic/log data generated when you use our site.

Cookies, web beacons and similar technologies used for site functionality, analytics and (where you consent) marketing.

E. Support recordings & notes

Email correspondence, service requests, technician notes, and any recordings or photographs taken to diagnose or document equipment issues (we will indicate if/when photos are taken during a service).

Directly from you when you submit forms, place orders, register for services, call or email us.
Automatically via cookies and analytics when you browse our website.
